给cook发了封邮件,iPhoneX的Siri不好使,买iPhoneX的都记得试

Worst shopping experience of iPhoneX, Worst quality control! -- Siri can not work properly
Dear Mr. Cook and Apple Team,
Good morning, but it is evening in China!
I am an Apple fan from China, but I am frustrated this time!
All of the bad experience caused by your BAD QUALITY PRODUCT!
SIRI COULD NOT WORK PROPERLY! Could not hear my voice!
My event as below:
Nov. 9, I ordered a New iPhoneX 64G from China Unicom (China Unicom is one of the biggest three mobile communication service provider.)
Nov. 28, I received the iPhoneX and activated it immediately
Dec. 1, I found Siri could not hear my voice.
Dec. 2, I went to Apple shop, to check my new iPhoneX, confirmed there is no hardware problem, but Siri could not work. Your guys provided me a report to prove that this iPhoneX has quality problem. And I went to China Unicom, they reject the report, they want me to provide another report. Even if I got the specific report from Apple, they still could not provide me new iPhoneX immediately, So, I could not accept the solution provided by China Unicom, then I escalated to their manager and went home to wait the solution.
Dec. 8, China Unicom connected me and wanted me to ask Apple provide a specific report, then they can exchange my iPhoneX on Dec. 11.
Dec. 9, today, I went to your requiring shop, they rejected my request, they could not provided me report for exchanging the iPhoneX. Even a guy, who is working for you, said "Apple could not provide any report!" I said, "Why did I already have a report made by your company to prove your iPhoneX has the quality issue?"
From my side, I only want to exchange a totally new iPhoneX, and all those event were triggered by Apple's quality control.
Another story:
My colleagues heard that my new iPhoneX's Siri could not work properly. When they make a joke to me, they just take out their iPhone, press home button for seconds, and say, "Siri, foolish man!(in Chinese: Siri **!)" This already became a traditional behavior when my colleagues meet me. Currently, you are losing your brand image in my colleagues and in our company.
I am working in a global company, one of the top five hundred company in the world. And as a product engineer, I fully understand quality is the life of a company. And responsibility also  should be taken by a big company!
