美剧的级别区分，请帮忙

我最近在一个美剧论坛上看到说美剧好像分级别的 pg 和jc
上面有这样的解释，由谁能告诉我美剧的级别名称
pg (comes from our movie ratings that represent appropriateness of the material - g is for general audiences (no swearing/graphic violence/etc, whereas r can be full of crude language/violence/nudity.etc))is basically saing that the show is a fraction of american daily life.
