1550nm脉冲激光器器是一款MOPA型直接调制放大脉冲激光器，可实现脉冲宽度，重复频率以及峰值功率调节。产品具有高的电-光转换效率，小的非线性效应和 ASE噪声，宽的工作温度范围，本产品适合作为固态激光 Lidar 的发射光源。内部采用稳定成熟的硬件驱动电路和高稳定的器件保证其长时间稳定可靠工作。
